The class offers a classical ballet training influenced by Kristina`s experience in contemporary ballet. It will start with exercises that warm up and stabilize the torso. At the bar we will continue to work on the functionality of body placement. The isolation of different body parts and articulation exercises at the bar serve as a preparation for more complex dance combinations in the center. In the second part of the class we will use the gained coordination and flexibility and keep developing movement coordination. While working in the center we shall focus on the usage of multiple directions with flow and ease while using more complex ballet vocabulary and combinations.
