The workshop is structured as classical ballet training with elements of the neoclassical approach. Each class works from the bar, stabilizing the body mechanics in the vertical, to move towards more complex exercises in the middle, including short phrases. It is an inviting and creative class that is kind to the body and prepares dancers for further training or workshops.
This ballet class will be appreciated by those with some ballet background who would like to explore new ways of approaching classical dance.
